Summer Stress Means Time for Self-Care!
This summer has been off to a really busy start, the sink clogged, the lawn mower broke, and school and work are always busy. But, the sink is flowing, the lawn is mowed, and now it is time to take some time for me! There are just 2 weeks left in my summer class, and I know I'm doing well, so I can breath a little easy and push through to the end of the month and finally some summer freedom!
I was feeling pretty stressed out today after a long day at work and my husband reminded me that I should take some time for me. He can be pretty smart when he wants to be. I took some time to paint my nails, and at the same time got the time to clear my head and put my thoughts in order, absolutely just the thing I needed. Sometimes when you are feeling stressed out, the best thing is to trust your support network and take some time to take care of yourself. And I think my nails came out pretty cute too:
